Shipping policy

Order Processing:

Orders are processed Mon-Fri before 5pm ET. We do not process orders on weekends, or major holidays. Cancelations requested between Fri (after 5pm ET)-Sun will not be granted. Orders are shipped between 3-7 days. Shipping timelines begin once the order is processed by our team and handed off to the carrier/courier. A confirmation email will be sent once an order has been placed. 

Please note that incorrect address changes and modifications after an order has been placed are not permitted. Please check for accuracy at checkout. Be advised that differing billing addresses from shipping addresses are subject to approval.

Domestic shipping (United States):

All shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on real-time updates in carrier rates. VHVA does not dictate these rates. 

International Shipping:

We do not offer international shipping at this time. Please follow our socials for updated information. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Shipping and processing Disclaimer:

Order processing times and shipping times are only estimates and depend on carrier and merchant processing times. We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays, this includes holidays and inclement weather delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside of our control. Once we transfer products over to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to the customer. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. 

If any package is returned to us as undeliverable, the customer would be charged the initial processing and shipping fee.

Vintage Haul, VA (VHVA) abides by tariffs and customs/duties laws in applicable territories and regions. Please be advised that customs and duty fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. VHVA is not responsible for returned goods due to any unpaid fees. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT FREQUENT OR UNUSUAL PATTERNS/ACTIVITIES WILL BE FLAGGED IN OUR SYSTEM. IF WE NOTICE ANY ABNORMAL TRENDS, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR REFUSE FUTURE ORDERS AND CANCELLATION REQUESTS. PLEASE REFER TO OUR TERMS OF USE POLICY.
